WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
- Socks with tread are required throughout the studio and for all classes. We sell grip socks at the front desk, if you don’t have any.
- Bring a towel as you will most likely sweat!
- We have a water dispenser, but some students may want to have a water bottle instead.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothes, that allow your muscles to stretch and your skin to “breathe” (similar to what you would wear for a yoga or dance class).
- Jewelry is NOT a good idea. It may catch in the spring system, but it is your choice.
- No cell phones during classes (please be respectful of others).
- No strong perfumes.
